We Are Metal was founded on 03.02.2007 by Timo Lehmann and Markus Radola.

As we are pissed off by the attitude of some Metal-Fans for years, like: 'I listen to Black Metal only, no Black Metal is shit, Death Metal rocks and Hard Rock is on top of shit', we had to call a project to life that is just Metal.

We don't give a fuck for the business-machinery who's telling you which songs will be on your next album, but just do what we want to:

METAL!!!

Metal should be ONE great scene, not split up into thousands!!!
